Stop Work!
I have a new issue that is stopping all design work until it is resolved.
I intend to pursue the various certificates in the Achievement Program of the NMRA. The Civil Certificate requires that I do an original layout diagram. I can’t have Byron doing that if I’m supposed to do it.
So, I’ve had Byron stop and I’m in communication with several MMRs and other AP personnel to determine if my interpretation of one of the requirements is correct. If so, then work will continue later after I document some things here.
Since I am going to pursue the AP Certificates, I’ve added a section to the website for the progress reports on it. I’ll put specific info there later.
