We Don't Need No Stinkin' Sealing!

Actually, my intent was to use a two-part epoxy floor coating but since the previous owner sealed the floor using something else, the epoxy probably wouldn't stick well. So, I returned it to the store and am attempting to relocate the various items to allow me to start wall construction.

I am delayed for a few days, however, as the NMRA National Convention is in Portland and the club I belong to is a stop on the tour route. I've got duty all day Wednesday and need to get some choo-choos ready for the event. So, I should be able to start by the weekend.
